PLACING YOUR ORDER
You may place an order online, by phone, email, or regular mail. Should you experience any problems in placing an order or have any questions please contact us, 253-579-7623, or by email. We would be happy to assist you. Port Orchard & Surrounding Residents- FREE LOCAL PICK-UP available at checkout, select free shipping option, even if your order is under $100.00. Washington Residents will be charged sales tax associated with their area.

IF THE SHIPPING CHARGE IS LESS THAN WHAT YOU ACTUALLY PAID, I WILL REFUND THE DIFFERENCE. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE POSTED ON ALL OUR SHIPPING LABELS, SO YOU WILL KNOW THE ACTUAL COST.

All orders are shipped USPS or UPS. Both USPS & UPS charge based on weight of the package and shipping zone. All orders ship from Washington State, zip code 98366. We will research to find the least expensive shipping method for each order.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME - We strive to ship each order immediately for items in stock, but to be safe please allow 2-7 business days for us to process your order before shipping.
SHIP TIME ON HAND PAINTED ITEMS
Please allow up to two weeks for one Hand Painted item. If you're ordering more than one Hand Painted item, please allow 5-7 business days per each Hand Painted item. That will give me one week to paint it, and one week for shipping. THERE ARE SOME PAINTINGS IN STOCK WHICH IS UNDER THE (HAND PAINTED BY ME) CATEGORIES, NOTED UNDER THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION, these items will ship the next business day. All other paintings will be painted as ordered.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Shipping Insurance is available on our site. It is not required, but recommended. PLEASE PURCHASE POSTAGE INSURANCE WHEN ORDERING CERAMICS. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNS ON BROKEN CERAMICS IF POSTAGE INSURANCE IS NOT ADDED TO YOUR ORDER! If you would like postage insurance, on your order wait until you are done selecting the items you'd like to purchase. Then select our Insurance Link on the left and purchase the amount of insurance you need, according to the total amount of your purchase.
PRODUCT INFO, OUT OF STOCK ITEMS & BACK ORDERS
We carry a large variety of items on our site. MOST items are available in ANY QUANTITY. Some items are inventory controlled, so you will know that we only have so many available. If it's not inventory controlled order as you like.
Due to the variety of items that we carry and the changing styles from season to season some items may only be available for a limited time period. If you have a question concerning specific product availability you may email or call and verify items with me. Please have the item numbers handy for a quicker verification process. Our policy is to credit any item that is out of stock with no return to stock date. In the event an item is on back order it will be shipped upon arrival and the remaining items on the order will be shipped immediately. Multiple shipments can occur with back ordered items. If we must ship more than one package to a customer due to a back order the extra shipping charges will be done at our expense.
HAND PAINTED INFO
All of my hand painted items come from a non smoking home. My hand painted items are hand crafted one at a time just for you. My hand painted primitive items are sealed with a matte sealer. My hand painted Country items are sealed with a gloss, for years of protection. All products have hardware for hanging, attached.
CUSTOM ORDERS
I'm happy to do custom orders. If there's something that your interested in having me make for you, or maybe you have something at home you would like painted just send me a note. I'm easy to work with. Custom orders are paid for when the item is finished, packaged up and ready for shipment. Custom orders are non refundable due to the amount of time it takes me to complete an item. You may pay for your custom order using any payment method you choose. Please allow me two weeks per each item for a custom order item. That will allow me enough time to make sure that your product is perfect!
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your product please return within 14 business days of delivery. Adorable Country Classics is not responsible for return postage. Please note: There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned Bedding. PLEASE PURCHASE POSTAGE INSURANCE WHEN ORDERING CERAMICS. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNS ON BROKEN CERAMICS IF POSTAGE INSURANCE IS NOT ADDED TO YOUR ORDER!
REWARDS PROGRAM
Receive 50 points for every purchase made. Once you accumulate 200 points you will receive a $10 Gift Certificate to spend with us on your next purchase. You will be notified of your point amount on your receipt, after each order.
REFER A FRIEND
Already a customer? Refer a friend and if they become a customer you both receive 10% off your orders. Make sure they put your name in the notes to merchant area at checkout! These are both great ways to save money!!!
MONTHLY DRAWING
For every $20.00 you spend at our store your name will be entered into a monthly drawing for a chance to win a $20.00 Gift Certificate. This can't be used towards shipping. For example, if you spend $43.00, your name will be entered twice into the drawing for that month. You can keep it to use for yourself or give it away as a gift. The drawing will be held on the first day of the month for the previous month, it will be posted by 11:00 am.
