CUSTOM ORDER INFORMATION I receive a lot of questions regarding custom orders, so I hope this page helps answer some of those questions. Yes, I do Custom Orders, And I Am Happy To Do Them For You!
A CUSTOM ORDER IS 1) A Custom Order is any of my Hand Painted items listed on my site, made any way you like. And also includes the Unfinished or Finished Ceramic Products That Are Coming Soon! 2) A Custom Order is having me make something for you that isn’t on my site, that maybe you’ve seen somewhere else. 3) A Custom Order can also be something that you have at home, that you would like me to paint. 4)Very often I have customers send me patterns that they have purchased, and have me paint it on a certain product. I have also been sent photos of items that my customers have seen, to see if I can make the product for them, and both of these are perfectly fine with me.
CUSTOM ORDERING FROM THIS SITE If you’d like to order any of my hand painted items from my website, and you don’t like the design that is painted on it, or you don’t like the size, or don’t like the shape, you can use the Customized By You Box below the product when ordering, and tell me how you would like it painted. (See Custom Options Below). You can also email me adorablecountryclassics@hughes.net or call me 253-579-7623 to place your order & discuss what you would like made. At that time I will give you an estimate. More often than not the price will be the same as on my site, unless the item you would like me to make is larger. If you would like a different painting on it, it’s the same price as on my site. Regardless of whether you want it done in a Primitive, Colonial, Country, Rustic, or Shabby Chic Design.
YOU CAN HAVE ANY PRODUCT MADE, ANY WAY YOU WANT! This Is A Great Way To Match Your New Item To Your Existing Decor! CUSTOM OPTIONS AVAILABLE BUT NOT LIMITED TO
1)Style Options - Primitive, Colonial, Country, Rustic & Shabby Chic Designs. 2) Design Options - You can choose any of the design shown on my site, a design from another artist, or a design of your own. 3) Solid Color Option - Base Coated in One Color. 4) Solid Distressed Color Options - A solid color with it lightly sanded, to distress it and make it look old. You can also choose to have just the edges sanded. 5) Crackled Color Options - Painted in a crackled manner to make the item look old and the paint cracked. 6) Crackled Color W/Edges Sanded Option - Painted in a crackle manner and the edges sanded to give it that time worn look. 7) Saltbox House Color Option - Have the saltbox house painted in any color you choose. 8) Animal Option - Choose to have sheep, or choose to have other animals added instead, or have them removed from the design. 9) American Flag Option - You can have the flag painted to match your country, or completely taken off the design. 10) Tree Options - You can choose to have Willow Trees, Pine Trees, Oak Trees, an assortment of Trees, or no Trees. 11) Star Option - You can choose what color stars you would like, or choose no star option. 12) Twiggy Vine Option - You can choose to have the Twiggy Vines, or have them removed from the design. 13) Berry Option - You can choose any berry color you want, or choose no berries. 14) Wording Option - Any wording you choose, or no wording. 15) Size Option - You can choose what size you would like your product to be. 16) Antiquing Option - You can have the item antiqued or no antiquing. 17) Frame Color Option - You can have the frame painted or stained in any color you choose. 18) I will be adding a color chart page to the site real soon, so you will see exactly what color your product will be.
Now that you know more about the options you can choose from, lets move on to what comes next. There is contact between you & I via email so we can keep in touch with how your item is coming along. When I’m finished with your item, I will email you several photos of your finished product so you can view your finished product before it ships. Once you have approved your item, I will seal it and let it dry overnight. The next day it will be packed, for shipment. I will weigh your item and email you quotes on your shipping choices, using both USPS & UPS. Then you can decide which method of shipping you’d like to use. I will then email you the total amount due with shipping. You may pay for your custom order using any payment method you choose. After the transaction is completed your package will be shipped out with a receipt. Please allow two weeks for me to complete your item. That will allow me enough time to make sure that your product is perfect. Usually it only takes me 5-7 business days to complete an item. If the item is large it may take up to two weeks to finish. Custom Orders are non refundable once the product is started, due to the amount of time it takes me to complete an item.
